Excellent condition.

Directions by Car:
New York State Thruway (87) exit l4 Spring Valley to Route 59 West (right turn).
Route 59 to Route 306 make right turn. Route 306 to Maple Ave left turn approximately one mile the park is on the right hand side.

Childrens Park, Pearl River

Garden State Parkway North to Nanuet Exit.
Make right at FIRST Light (Pascack road).
Follow and make last right hand turn before left bend curve
and a quick left back onto Pascack or old Pascack road.
Take about 1 1/2 miles and make left onto Grotke rd. Make left into park.

Directions by Transit:
From Bergen(N.J.), and Rockland(N.Y.) Counties MTA's Pascack Valley Line stops at the Pearl River Station (South Main Street and Central Avenue). Next "walk" a half-a-mile north on route 304 to E. Carroll St. Then "walk" the other half-mile to Pascack Road (westbound). Grotke Road is just 2 blocks north of where you are, and buy Poland Spring Water when your done. :-)

From White Plains:
Red and Tan Lines--Route TZX5 stops at either E. Carroll St. and Route 304, or the Pearl River Station.

From New York City:
Red and Tan Line Express buses Route 11A (from Grand Central), and Route 11C (from GW Bridge Term.) to either E. Carroll St. and Route 304, or the Pearl River Station.
