Can I call you for advice on which paddle to buy or to give as a gift?

• Yes, our number is 917-613-5563, if the answering machine comes on please leave a message with your name, phone number and the best time to reach you, we check for messages several times a day and we return phone calls based on your schedule. Please speak slowly and clearly, you may know your phone number by heart but is the first time we hear it ;-)

Do you have the paddle I want in stock?

• We have the paddles published on our web sites, in stock, all year round. If by chance a paddle is in backorder it will be noted as such on the web page by our weekly update..

Shipping Options?

• We mostly ship through UPS Ground service for paddles and larger items and trough US Postal Service Priority Mail for smaller items.
• We normally ship 3 out of the 5 weekdays every week.

When will I receive my order?

• We ship out of New York City, if you are close to the northeast around 3 business days if you are on the west coast about 7-10 business days.

Can I pay with a check?

• We only take credit cards at the present.

Do you take credit cards?

• Yes, we take credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) issued by a  USA domestic bank on our secure order web pages.
• We do not take International credit cards.
• The Address Verification System (AVS) and CID must clear for the order to be shipped.

Is Platform Tennis and Paddle Tennis the same sport?

• NO.
• Platform Tennis is played on an elevated court with wired fence all around and the ball is still playable after it hits the wires. Also the ball is spongy and the sport is played during the winter months.
• Paddle Tennis is played with a tennis ball that has been punctured with a needle. It is played on a variety of surfaces (from cement to sand) and it is most prevalent around the beach and seashore areas.
